Recipe in: Buttercream Rose Sheet Cake (video)

Although I uploaded this video over a year ago, seems to me that people are still interested in the recipe. Unfortunately, I cannot find the recipe for the egg-based (sponge-like) cake. But to save you some sorrow, the cake was too much on the dry side, hence my attempts to moisten the cake with added liquid.

 In my memory, the filling and first layer of frosting was made with Italian Meringue Buttercream. However, I may be mistaken, and it may be Swiss Meringue Buttercream.
The frosting smoothed over the first layer, is buttercream frosting. I believe the recipe I used was by Wilton.
The shells piped are Buttercream Icing.
The rose is piped with Italian Meringue Buttercream/Swiss Meringue Buttercream. After piping, it's put in the freezer to harden before placing on the cake.
Lastly, the "Happy Birthday" script is also most likely piped with the Italian Meringue/Swiss Meringue Buttercream.
