And just so you know, I'm posting this recipe because I'm sure these cookies would've tasted fabulous if they were less salted and unburnt. :P
200g ground peanuts
1/2 tsp baking powder
100g icing sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
100g peanut or corn oil
Egg wash: 1 egg yolk+1 tsp water
Mix together the dry ingredients. Then gradually add in all the oil until it becomes a pliable dough. Roll into tbsp sized balls and place on parchment lined baking sheets. Flatten each ball of dough with your palm or the back of a spoon. Bake in preheated 165C oven for 20 minutes until golden brown.
